Morning yoga brunch

Join Maz, our dedicated and experienced yoga teacher who will help you to reset and recharge with an energising yoga flow. You will be treated to a warming drink of your choice, and an energy ball on arrival. We’ll then begin with a meditation session to ground you ready for your uplifting yoga practice. After the class, we will gather for a healthy, nutritious brunch to refuel and chat with fellow yogis.Brunch will include vegan and vegetarian options.

Please notify us if you have any allergies or dietary requirements. Please bring your own yoga mat/towel and water bottle or purchase a Northampton Museum and Art Gallery branded one in our museum shop. Food and drink included
