Jubilee Tree Blanket was unveiled

The Jubilee tree blanket was unveiled at Northampton Museum & Art Gallery on Saturday 1 October. Come and view it.

This collaborative yarn project between Daventry Town Council, Daventry Museum and Northampton Museum & Art Gallery began in Spring 2022 to celebrate The Queen's Platinum Jubilee year. West Northamptonshire Cllr. John Shepherd spoke at the event and was impressed with the local crafters and the amount of hours they had contributed to collectively make the beautiful knitted blanket adorned with crochet flowers and canopy.
