"Tai Chi And Chi Kung (Qigong) exercises are performed standing. The ancient flowing movement and philosophy is suitable for all levels of health and fitness. Sifu Nick, regional representative for the Master Ding Academy, teaches all aspects of traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan as passed down through the generations. It will strengthen and harmonise your mind and body as you explore the cultivation of internal energy (‘chi’) in solo and paired practices. Information for participants: Tai Chi can be done in any clothing, but it’s better if you have full range of motion and that any footwear is flat, therefore most opt for gym gear and trainers/plimsoles. No special equipment is required. Please bring a drink if you feel you may need this.Although the origins of the Art are martial, the majority of today’s Tai Chi practitioners are looking for good mental health, a strong healthy body, a sense of harmony and well-being, a way to bust stress, a chance to relax and revitalise and a fresh way of approaching life. Come and discover all of this and more by awakening the power of your chi, that has always been there..

Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and flexible soled shoes and bring water to drink. Suitable for over 18s only..
