Anglo Saxon and Viking life
Description

During this session, key stage 2 students will explore through the handling of objects Anglo Saxon and Viking life in Britain.

Students will develop an understanding of British culture during this period and learn to appreciate that the culture of these two groups of people was more than just fighting in battles. They will have the opportunity to explore everyday objects and also look at craft, runes and symbolism.
