Description

Using a range of original and replica objects, one of our trained facilitators will lead your students in an interactive, enquiry-based discovery of the Romans.

In this session students will learn about daily life in a Roman villa by piecing together fragments of the past. They will discover what we can learn from bones, building material and other archaeological finds.

Session length Each visit is for 2 hours. 2 one hour sessions. Additional sessions may be added on the same day. A maximum of 4 sessions - this would be an all day event.
Session capacity 35 students maximum per one hour session
Supervisory Ratios We ask schools to follow NSPCC guidelines as outlined in our terms and conditions
Resources Once you have booked your visit with us you will receive a copy of our resources that can be used on gallery and in the classroom.
