This week, our time-travelling adventurer is journeying to Roman Britain, bringing the past to life through hands-on activities and fascinating stories. Discover what life was really like nearly 2,000 years ago as you explore the museum’s exhibitions and meet a historian straight from the Roman world.
Get up close to real historical objects, try on Roman-inspired clothing, and take part in a range of historic crafts and games that the whole family can enjoy. Whether you’re a budding archaeologist, a history enthusiast, or simply looking for a fun and engaging day out, there’s something for everyone to discover.
