Kat Lendacka

I am a linocut printmaker with a background in graphic design, illustration and university teaching. Originally from Litomerice in the Czech Republic, I studied Graphic Design and Illustration at Northampton University and now live in rural Northamptonshire with my family. My work is inspired by nature, wildlife, Czech folklore, storytelling and architecture. I discovered linocut printmaking while at university and have continued to develop the practice using a Northampton-made relief press. Alongside creating original prints, I teach small-group linocut workshops at Yardley Arts and Westbury Arts Centre and sell work through my Etsy shop.
