Saturday and Sunday: 12pm - 4pm

Tuesday to Sunday during Northamptonshire school holidays: 12pm - 4pm

Open spring and summer bank holidays: 12pm - 4pm

Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day: Closed

Public Transport

By Bus
Regular services run from North Gate Bus Station (Bradshaw Street, NN1 3B2) to Abington.

Parking
No on-site parking. Free street parking available on roads around Abington Park.

Museum entrance
The museum entrance is located to the front of the building. It has level access.

Lifts and access to galleries
There are no lifts at Abington Park Museum. The ground floor galleries are accessible to wheelchair users and buggys.

Accessible toilets
They are available to the rear of the building at the end of the Abington Galleries. We don't have a Changing Places toilet on site. The nearest Changing Places toilet is located at North Gate Bus Station, Bradshaw Street, Northampton, NN1 3B2Seating

Seating
Seating is provided in various places through out the building.

Floor levels
Abington Museum is an historic building and the floor levels change frequently throughout the building.

Hearing enhancement system
There are no hearing enhancement systems in Abington Park Museum.

Assistance animals
Assistance animals are welcome in the museum as long as they are working and are wearing their tabards or harness. Owners should bring the animal's Assistance Dogs (UK) identification book (or the appropriate international equivalent) with them. Dog bowls and water are available on request at the reception desk. Assistance animals must be kept with you at all times. The nearest toilet/toileting area for guide, assistant and companion animals is located in Abington Park.
