The Cabinets of Curiosities

The Cabinets of Curiosities were created as a response to our belief that labelling is always reliable. They contain various objects, some of which are genuine, others fake or mislabelled. Some items are very obviously fake, but others are ambiguous and it is up to the viewer to decide which are genuine and which are not. These cabinets were made in 2003/4 in response to an invitation by Canterbury Museum to produce a work of art inspired by an item in their collection, in this case, a Victorian cabinet of curiosities. Please be aware that this exhibition contains mature content. Adults may wish to preview before entering with children. Unaccompanied children are not allowed in the exhibition.

Dreams, was created in 2012 and first exhibited in Brighton's Jubilee Library the following year. It includes images from lucid dreams and so-called ‘out-of-body’ experiences. Please be aware that this exhibition contains mature content. Adults may wish to preview before entering with children. Unaccompanied children are not allowed in the exhibition.
