Create your very own pair of women’s designer shoes in this fabulous one-day class. Professional shoe designer Hetty Rose, guides you step by step through traditional hand lasting techniques, making this workshop suitable for everyone including complete beginners. At the end of the workshop, you get to walk away in your own unique pair of exclusive designer shoes.
Materials and styles
Hetty will prepare your fabric and leather pieces in your shoe size prior to the workshop and supply all the tools required, so on the day you have everything you need to create your footwear masterpiece. There are a selection of shoe styles to choose from including a peep toe slingback, mule and ballet shoe. The shoes can be made with various heel heights from flat, mid to high. Hetty is known for her use of vintage Japanese kimono fabrics, of which there will be a selection to choose from for your shoes. Hetty can also accommodate some foot issues. All materials provided.
