Enter a realm of peace, tranquillity, contemplation and wonder. Lay back and melt away any stresses you may be carrying, as the journey unfolds with beautiful visuals and sacred geometry. Ashleigh Louise is a Sound Practitioner and Holistic Therapist who intuitively creates and layers frequencies and vibrations with gongs, chimes, drum, crystal singing bowls and more. Stimulate your senses and clear your mind with this offering of transformative sounds enhanced by beautiful visuals. Booking essential and over 18s only.

Please note, sound therapy is not recommended for those in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with metal implants in the body, those with severe mental health conditions and those who have sound induced epilepsy. If you wear a hearing aid, it is recommended to switch it off during in the session. If you are unsure whether this session is suitable for you, please consult with your doctor. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat to lie on, or purchase one from the museum shop.
Attendees are advised to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before the start of the session. All sessions start promptly at 6.30pm and attendees will not be admitted once the session has started.
