Join the ever-inspiring Carmela as she walks you through the art of rolling, filling, and crumbing irresistible arancini — all using Riso Gallo’s signature risotto rice. Take home these golden risotto balls, perfectly prepped and ready to fry whenever you fancy.
You’ll then, discover the secrets behind two fresh, flavour-packed pestos that will elevate any dish with bold, authentic Italian flair.
Moving through into the Link, vibrant aromas of Italy will greet you. Awaiting is a seasonal buffet brimming with Mediterranean favourites — including gratinated tomatoes and roasted olives — and starring some beautifully crafted arancini as the centrepiece of the feast.
Whether you come for the Aperol spritz or stay for the risotto magic, this is a celebration of flavour you won’t want to miss. Mangia bene, live well — and savour every bite.
