A festive culinary experience to kick off the season!

Join celebrated Italian food writer and cookery tutor Carmela Sereno Hayes for a joyful morning of seasonal baking and festive flavours. This hands-on workshop blends sweet and savoury delights, perfect for gifting or enjoying with loved ones.

Workshop Highlights:

Savoury Parmigiano Reggiano Biscuits

Carmela will demonstrate how to make her irresistibly tender cheese biscuits, paired with a quick and flavourful roasted pepper & sun-dried tomato dip—a perfect edible gift or party nibble.

Winter Berry & Lemon Tiramisu

This year’s festive twist on tiramisu features Pandoro, the classic Italian Christmas cake, layered with winter berries, lemon zest, and topped with flaked almonds. A make-ahead dessert that’s as stunning as it is delicious!

Jam-Filled Crostata Tart

Together, you’ll prepare a traditional olive oil-based lattice crostata, filled with jam and ready to take home and bake. A beloved family favourite that’s perfect year-round.

Signature Amaretto & Cranberry Christmas Pudding

Carmela will guide you through making her famous plump and fruity Christmas pudding, infused with amaretto and cranberries. You’ll take your pudding home to steam, along with your crostata tart.
