Volunteer roles include engaging visitors with collections, researching art, tour guiding and collections care. New volunteer opportunities available!
Northampton Museum and Art Gallery is looking for volunteers to join a team to help improve the storage of museum objects and their use in exhibitions, events and research. Tasks will include updating records of museum objects on a database, taking photographs of them, and packing them safely. There are also additional roles issuing box numbers and placing boxes onto shelves.
The Museum is also looking for volunteers with historical research skills/experience to help research objects in the collection as well as associated family histories.
