An Evening of Italian Flavours, Fun & Flour!
Join us for a hands-on culinary experience celebrating the art of pasta-making and the joy of Italian dining, hosted by the wonderful Carmela Sophia Sereno and proudly sponsored by Filippo Berio.
What to Expect:
Welcome Prosecco
Start the evening with a chilled glass of Prosecco to set the tone.
Pasta-Making Workshop
Under Carmela’s expert guidance, you’ll learn to make oregano cavetelli rolled pasta from scratch. Shape your dough into a variety of southern Italian styles—cavatelli, gnocchetti sardi, and spizzulus—and take your creations home to cook and enjoy.
Live Pesto Demonstration
Watch Carmela prepare two fresh pestos—pistachio, and asparagus—using the traditional pestle and mortar method. Served with crunchy breadsticks for dipping.
