Join us for an exclusive Italian Supper Club run by Italian food writer and cookery tutor Carmela Sereno Hayes and sponsored by the leading olive oil company Filippo Berio.You will enjoy a four course Italian dinner made specifically for you together with a welcome drink, served in the stunning surroundings of the museum's link space. Carmela cooks authentic food with passion echoing the cucina povera tradition of cooking. A simple and delicious style of cooking which uses seasonal produce where possible. This is a social dining event where diners in small groups are seated on shared tables of up to 6 people. Groups who have booked together will be seated together, larger groups of more than 6 will be spread over more than one table. If you wish to sit with friends at this event, please let us know. We do not operate as a fully licenced restaurant/bar and so will be offering a small selection of beers, wines, and soft drinks at this event. Wines have been chosen by the chef to complement the food being served.

Secondo – Main Course
Pork meatballs with oven roasted red onions, peppers, courgette and chickpeas
Vegetarian option – Lentil polpette with oven roasted red onions, peppers, courgette and chickpeas

Dolce – Dessert
Lemon, polenta and thyme cake with whipped mascarpone and flaked, toasted almonds
