Our new digital What's On guide is out now

Our new digital What's On guide is out now, packed with exhibitions, events and activities.

There’s a lot to see and do at Northampton Museum & Art Gallery and Abington Park Museum. Alongside our exhibitions, we also offer a range of engaging events and activities for visitors of all ages. From guided tours and workshops to lectures and performances, there is always something happening. We also run a wellness programme for all ages. We have packed programmes at Northampton Museum & Art Gallery and Abington Park Museum, with a programme of changing exhibitions to interest, inspire and amaze. Whether you are a seasoned museum-goer or a first-time visitor, there is something for everyone to discover and enjoy.

This is your last chance to see the Power of the Portrait is an exhibition that looks at the relevancy of portraiture in the age of the selfie and social media. Using selected portraits from the collection of Northampton Museums & Art Gallery, supported by works from the National Portrait Gallery, visitors will be encouraged to contemplate their own sense of identity, self, and place in the world. The exhibition closes on 4 June.
Look out for Brick Wonders featuring recreations in LEGO® bricks of amazing sights from around the world, curated by artist Warren Elsmore. Beginning with the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, the exhibition also takes in modern, natural, and historic wonders from all seven continents. Opening on the 17 June.
