Our featured artist this week is Kerrie Suteu a linocut printmaker.

Twelve artists come together at Northampton Museum & Art Gallery and Abington Park Museum from Saturday 13 September to Sunday 9 November 2025 as part of Northampton and Rutland Open Studios.

The exhibition showcases ceramics, sculpture, paintings, glass, woodwork, printmaking, papercut illustrations, drawing, felted art and mixed media.

Featured artist Kerrie Suteu is a linocut printmaker whose bold, colourful works celebrate the beauty of the British landscape, from meadows to woodlands. Inspired by the Arts and Crafts Movement, poetry, and music, her playful prints invite viewers into nostalgic, nature-filled scenes.

A Glasgow School of Art graduate, Kerrie balances her role as Head of Digital at Coventry’s Herbert Art Gallery with exhibiting nationally, including Ty Pawb Print International, Derby Print Open and Rugby Art Gallery, where she held a solo show in 2023.
