Published: Monday, 18 August 2025

This autumn, we invite you to step into a sanctuary of movement, mindfulness, and multisensory healing with a series of transformative wellness events designed to nourish, mind, body and soul.
From immersive yoga under a dome of colour and sound to ancient breathwork and Tai Chi practices, the museum is redefining what it means to connect with yourself—and your community—through artful wellness.

Led by the intuitive instructor Maz, these dynamic flow sessions are tailored for all levels, offering modifications and progressions that honour your body’s rhythm. Whether you're a curious beginner or a seasoned yogi, this is a space to explore inner stillness, cultivate strength, and awaken your senses.
